Ride calendar

Easy rides depart Ripon Leisure Centre at 10am. Average and Challenging rides depart the Leisure Centre at 9.30 or when stated. In the winter riders just turn up and ride. For the last five winters there was a ride every Sunday!

On Thursday Summer evenings there are cycle rides from Ripon Leisure Centre at 6.30pm on an ad hoc basis. Contact James to confirm.  There are also rides in Harrogate.

As well as easy paced rides for beginners there are also harder rides and some weekends away and holidays organised.  Check out the recent rides to see what we do and also our rides below.  If you do not see the ride you want contact us and we will try to put you in touch with someone who may ride with you!

Hawes via Fleet Moss (hard)
A marvellous climb up from Hawes and incredibly steep
and exposed towards the summit, crossing the Roman
road, and then plunging down Langstrothdale, where the
road closely follows the infant River Wharfe.

Fleet Moss is as much of a ‘mountain’ as British cycle races can find, and has often featured in the Milk Race and Tour of Britain over the years.
