Welcome
Ripon Loiterers arrange cycle rides in the beautiful local countryside. We are a small friendly club that caters for all abilities. We have a programme of easy rides which are especially suitable for beginners and accompanied children. Children aged from three (on a tandem) up to teenage have joined these rides.
There is also a section that undertake longer more challenging rides.
Easy rides depart Ripon Leisure Centre at 10am. Average and Challenging rides depart the Leisure Centre at 9.30 or when stated. There is a full programme of rides. In the winter riders just turn up and ride. For the last five winters there was a ride every Sunday!
On Thursday Summer evenings there are cycle rides from Ripon Leisure Centre at 6.30pm. Contact James to confirm. There are also rides in Harrogate.
